Gauge Cluster Lights

[Redrooster1]

My dome and aftermarket gauges light up when lights are on but the speedometer lights don't. Ideas?https://classicbroncos.com/forums/media/20260815_123845-jpg.32950/

Bad bulbs, poor ground to the cluster, wiring messed up. Or maybe the switch is at full dim.
