Started an EFI conversion 9 months ago. Ran into some problems and had to put it on hold. Now im back in it. Lost my notes somewhere in the process. Do I need to change the oil pan on the 91 5.0 to the bronco pan? What is being done about the smog tubes going into the back of the heads? What flywheel and clutch to get for what year truck? Searchin the threads but havent found specific answers yet. Any info is appreciated.

You can use the Bronco pan, oil pickup and dipstick but the 5.0 will have a dipstick hole in driver's side of the block. Either plug it or use the 5.0 pan, pickup and dipstick.

Smog tube holes plug with a 5/8-11 3/4-1" long bolt, clean the carbon out of the threads first.
I have run both oil pans, make sure you use the pick up that cam with the pan.

flywheel/clutch setup out of a 82 plus I do believe f150 with the injected 5.0. I have been doing the same search and thats what I have come up with. check auto parts wherhouse, they offer free shipping and I found a flywheel for about $60 on there. good luck.

I kept the pan on from the 90 mustang engine on and used a flywheel and clutch off a 86 f150.
