got the windshield frame off!

decided to put a new frame on corners were in bad shape it would be cheaper than having the paint shop fix the original.so i cleaned all the old paint off to find the spot welds and holy crap there are 32 spot welds is or was this normal.some were 5 welds in a 4inch area wow!started at one end useds a long thin prybar to put a little pressure on each weld and used a 3/8 drill bit until it popped up being carefull not to drill through.

I've heard some having as little as 10 and many as 90! I haven't tackled that one yet though

Oh. I remember that one.. I had at least 50 welds.. That was SO hard to get off..

Windshield frames are a pain in the but!!! I wore out my drill bit taking the welds out...
