Grandma's Homemade Rear Bumper

I am shopping around for a rear bumper and I'm appalled by the prices. I want something with a swing away tire. I currently have nothing and was wondering if anybody out there had any pic's or suggestions as per a rear bumper that they have made.

in the search box type in stealth bumper. There are several people who have built them and they look great. One of the threads has a swing away tire carrier he built. I am going to start on one for myself soon.
