Expedition RDB's adapted to a D60 under my '96 FSB, I have less than $500, but not by a lot, in the whole RDB conversion:

If it's the ones I'm thinking of, it's the kit from Leed Brakes - uses some bits and pieces from turn of the century F150/Expedition stuff - calipers and maybe rotors.

Yes, that is the one. Was drawing a complete blank when trying to remember who that was.

Anyway, back to the original question. If I am reading this right, you got a used rear axle that had once been converted to disk brakes with weld on brackets. You have a complete rear end with shafts. You are just missing rotors, caliper, and pads. Now you want to know what rotors and calipers will fit? I would be calling whoever you got the axle from and ask them.

Pictures of the housing might help. Someone will have a very good guess as to what will work based on the bracket locations and type.
