Harbor Freight Powder Coater

Just got the new mail catalog from Harbor Freight and they have a Chicago Electric Powder Coater for $60. I know the concerns about "you get what you pay for" and Harbor Freights propensity for cheap tools, but.....<br>Has anyone used this device from Harbor Freight? Is it worth the rare and occasional use of powder coating small items?

I think The Eastwood Company has a better product and it's not cheap.

I'd agree with Junior, Eastwood makes some good stuff, but they're pretty proud of it.<br><br>I've never been a big fan of powdercoat (I have a buddy who's powdercoated his axles, driveshafts, etc...) but it is durable.<br><br>A local painting and blasting company offered to sand blast and powdercoat the entire EB tub for $500, custom colrs too. That was a really tempting offer, but I'll never be finished enough with the body to do it. Too many changes.<br>Joe

Works ok, But i hope your single, because if your not, when you put that item you powered coated in your oven for a few hours @ around 300-400 deg's and smell the house up, you will soon be single
