Just got the new mail catalog from Harbor Freight and they have a Chicago Electric Powder Coater for $60. I know the concerns about "you get what you pay for" and Harbor Freights propensity for cheap tools, but.....
Has anyone used this device from Harbor Freight? Is it worth the rare and occasional use of powder coating small items?

I'd agree with Junior, Eastwood makes some good stuff, but they're pretty proud of it.

I've never been a big fan of powdercoat (I have a buddy who's powdercoated his axles, driveshafts, etc...) but it is durable.

A local painting and blasting company offered to sand blast and powdercoat the entire EB tub for $500, custom colrs too. That was a really tempting offer, but I'll never be finished enough with the body to do it. Too many changes.
Joe

Works ok, But i hope your single, because if your not, when you put that item you powered coated in your oven for a few hours @ around 300-400 deg's and smell the house up, you will soon be single :)
