I used Dynamat on the tub, firewall and roof.... Just about any sort of "spray-on" outgasses" into the cab.

Finally got the crossbars fixed with panel bond and rewelded the ends. Then got the insulation on. Looks pretty good and seems to have good adhesion on installation. It does block the heat.
