Hard top removal

I need to remove my hardtop. I noticed in the back corner by the tail gate that there are four bolts in each corner that look like they may be holding the corners down. There are two bolts just in the hardtop itself. There are another two bolts just below them in the top of the side tail gate that hold the weather stripping bracket for the tail gate. The top bolt in the bracket goes through the body into the hardtop so that one definitely needs to come out. But not sure what other bolts must be removed.

The top has never been off so the bolts at this point don't budge. I am soaking them with PB but they are stubborn. Don't want to fight getting a bolt out if I don't need to for removing the top.

I've gotten it off w/just removing the bolts in top and the bracket that goes in the pocket...

Then remove those

It can definitely be a PITA good luck

Yes. Take off the bolts from the top and pull the top. It should come right off. The stakes in the tail light housings are "hooked" and won't come out until the top is off. Ask me how I know. %)
