Seems like eveytime someone talks wiring harness all I see is Centech.

Does anyone have feedback on the Painless yet? Some things seem nicer on the Painless and I need information since I will be buying a harness before long.

Painless

I installed the Painless in my 72. The only thing I didn't care for was that I had aftermarket guages and had to modify the Painless to make it work. Other that that it was real easy. The best tip I can give is to take the dash off to make it easier to hook up the guages.

Just installed a Painless a couple of months ago. It wasn't too bad. I had the dash out and everything else out of the EB at the time. The bad parts are: 1. you have to modify it slightly if you want to use intermittant wipers 2. not Alternator friendly if you have some thing other than stock.
I heard that Painless changed the harness to address the wiper problem, but I don't know about the rest. Plus, there is a write up in the tech section concerning the wiper mod.
