HELP - AX15 to Ford 302 and Dana 20 INSTRUCTIONS NEEDED

Hello,

Wondering if anyone has a PDF of the instructions for adapting the ax15 from advance adapters to my Dana 20 and Ford 302?

The instructions they send with the kit are absolutely horrible with tiny little black and white photos it is impossible to discern what bolt and spacer goes where. I called and they were supposed to email me expanded photos and additional directions but they must have gotten my email wrong last night and now they are closed today and I have the weekend set aside to accomplish this project with no directions.

Would greatly appreciate if anyone has these expanded photos or guidance on the various bags of Hardware included with the kit, thank you!

Advance Adapters has the pdf’s on their site. Not sure if they’re any better than what you’ve got, but they do have color photos.

You might want to look in the BRONCO TECH section on the left side......MarsChariot has a good write up on switching tho the NV3550. Similar tranny and may be helpful. Has pictures too.

If you go on youtube wild horses has a video showing install of ax-15 and dana 20. Probably help you out quite a bit deciphering the instructions you have.

Hey bmrenn, while I'm not a big fan of most of A/A's instructions (too simple and sometimes vaguely written (like ours sometimes!%))) they can often be accessed through our site as well.
However I just looked and we're only listing our video(s) next to the parts in question. So either we took the instructions off the site for some reason, or have not received a PDF of the new ones to link to yet.

Might find something in here (or not) that makes the install easier. I followed the AA directions except for when I did not which caused some rework. I still need to add plugging the hole on the bottom of the AX15. (it in the directions).

Thanks, I did finally find that one and it was pretty necessary in the install process for me (watched it several times during)!
