Help ID this wheel for replacement please

Bent my old wheel and having a very hard time finding an exact replacement. Any input would help in locating a replacement.

15x8 - 3 7/8 backspace

I bet. Looks and sounds like a stroppe steel wheel with that type of sizing and offset, or it could be a product of Stockton wheel that doesn't do much of anything anymore. Maybe someone could straighten it or replace the barrel as it looks like the center is unaffected. How did that happen?
