I doubt that a current address.

Hiring a good PI dataminer is the best first step to finding him.

Its very hard to live without your name being in a database at a credit card, cell phone, cable TV or ISP, CMRA, or electric utility company.

Getting a warrant issued is also a good step, sooner or later he will get nabbed for a traffic violation and wind up in jail.

It seems to me that if you have ordered a top online, sent payment, and then not recieved the product or return emails, phone calls, etc...this is the place to file your complaint.

I could always drive by the NC address and see...that way your lawyers guys would know where to send the court summons' and such...

I have also filed a complaint with the internet site listed, IC3.

I think another option would for someone to setup a website listing he is a scammer.
You can then talk with google and pay to have some spiders on your site, to increase the search hits.
Anytime someone search for bronco tops for example, that website would be first on the list.
