Okay folks, I'm undertaking my first hardtop removal on my 74 EB and I have a snag. I've removed all front bolts and nuts from the windshield top lip nad down the sides of the hardtop under the rear windows. When I try to gently take the top off, I can get the front and side to move up but the back doesn't budge at all.

What the heck am I doing wrong here? Any help would be very much appreciated. I'd like to get this thing off before it gets too dark and I'm running out of light fast!

Thanks again.

Jeff

There are also bolts thru the corner posts that go into the bed corners . Either 4 or 6 per side . Same size as the others , look & you'll see them .

YEP! That did it. Those last two bolts by the endcaps were holding me up. Those extended pieces that go into the cab from the top's rear corners, are they removable?

Thanks again!

Even after taking out the bolts in the corner posts it still might be stuck or rusted. Mine took alot of penetrating oil and a pry bar it was so bad. Good Luck
