Glad you got it. Use soap and water (lots of) when putting those bushing in and it will help the squeeze out.....

Good call. I'll try it when I pull it apart to weld the wedges in place. What about grease? This time is a test fit and tack weld.

What about grease?
I think anything that will allow the urethane to slide into position when tightening down the c-caps will work. First time I used wheel bearing grease, cause that's what was within arms reach. Last couple times I used a silicon based grease. That worked exceptionally well, and I was hoping it might hang around for a while!

I would use straight dish soap before your final welding. you dont want to be welding with grease in the area. When doing final assembly use what you want.
