Anyone ever make a set?

I have an old set of doors with good skins and no glass or window frames. Thinking about cutting them out to make permanent Door Inserts and mini doors out of the rest.

When I'm done, it'll look like the half doors are still installed but will open like the canvas lower half doors would.

Steve at big sky broncos does that. It is a lot of time to do it right. Steve charges about 1000.00 for a set that are just beautiful. All you need to do is finish sand/paint. Bronco Don

Those look good but... what's the point in leaving the window frame if you don't have any windos?

I left the frame on to atach the canvas windo to. it's cold in michigan in january.
I will make the frame removeable in the future.

WOE!!!! $1000.00 for a SET? It can't take all THAT much time... At $400.00 a set of glass inserts, who'd pay a grand to do the steel door set?

I need to find more people willing to throw their money away towards me.

Mine probably won't come out and nice and bla bla bla as Steves but... I can probably do mine for $50/$100.00. The reason I'm doing them myself is cuz I'm too damn cheap to give my money to someone to do something I can do myself.

That makes sense. Thanks for the reply. I plan to make canvas uppers that will slide in place similar to how the Jeeps work. It can't be all that difficult to bend 1/2" tube and have a Marine ship make me custom windows to wrap around my tube...
