I read about this on the bronco 6G site a while back. Crazy story and really sucks for the guy that bought the Raptor. As I always say if it sounds too good to be true it is!

i don't understand how this happens? i always do several vin checks and verify title before handing over any money.

I'm in a business where I use the Tag Office here in North Carolina all the time for titling purposes. I have no clue how this could have happened. Fascinating really.
