how do i hook the C4 kickdown to a holley carb? pics???????????

does anyone have a pic of how they connected the C4 kickdown to a holley carb? i am putting someone elses stuff together and i have never seen it hooked up.

how do i adjust the kickdown?

I ditched the stock rod and levers for an aftermarket cable that I could adjust to my likings. I believe this one is a Spector brand. I bought it from Summit.
