How far gone is too far?

Excellent, I started building Bronco's not knowing how to weld or do many of the things that need to be done. So much help is available here and great advice, Ask questions and it will go far easier, most of us have been down the road. Two of my builds...

That is some beautiful work. That shows that it can be learned and gives me some hope in my learn as you go adventure.

Tapatalk will not let me upload my pictures but it is going to be a large project. Frame still looks pretty good but floorboards, hood, grill , core support, bumper, top and a few more random parts of the body are scrap. It's do-able but will be a long project. My wife is going to hate me.

GO FOR IT....it will be a long road in most cases but that feeling you get when you hit a milestone is priceless. Been at my project rig for 3 years now and it's getting there but to have one of my Dad's old rides would be all that much better! good luck Brotha!

This is the wrong site to ask if your father's Bronco is "too far gone". The only way you MIGHT get some logical input is if you were asking if something that you had no emotional ties was worth "flipping". I still lose sleep knowing that I turned down my grandfather's 78 Bronco.

Yes this is the wrong site for that question but I guess I needed the reassurance in what is going to be a very expensive decision. If it where a question of flipping it would be a resounding NO. I just hope that I can do the old girl justice. She has had a rough life the last couple of decades.

Yea what's up with tapatalk...they told me to upgrade n I've tried. ..can't! even uninstall the old one to make room for upgrading and still won't let me,?
