Hydroboost/4x4x2 hydraulic hoses

Does anyone know what fittings and approx. what length hoses I would need for an astro hydroboost and a 4x4x2 steering box?

If you search for hydroboost parts list you'll find two fantasticly detailed parts list of everything needed including hoses and fittings. Part #'s and all.
I plan to search it out when I'm ready for hydroboost.
