Ideas?

The prior owner of my 73 Bronco cut a square out of the carpet in front of the J shifter. I dont really want to replace the entire carpet but am looking for ideas to fill that space / cover the hole.

It is the spot where an ole AC set, maybe about a foot square.

I am thinking about the Tunnel Cover on Wild horses, but any idea would be appreciated

You could see if an upholstery shop could match your carpet and fill in the gap?

put some cup holders there

The only thing about that Tunnel Cover is it will block the floor heat to the driver's side unless you run an outlet extension through it.
