im looking for a steering column setup

Just wondering if anyones got a mod for this?
Anything out of any other vehicle than a eb ford or not/// with tilt?
Has it been tried or done?

Tilt columns out of camaros and novas have been done. I currently have an extra 78 tilt column without a shifter from a 78 camaro.

I'd say go with the one from 78 or 79 ford 1/2 ton or bronco ...There are several
good post on here for the conversion ..this is the one I used ...I used the auto column sawed off the shifter knot ...pookyed over it painted it ....then took the column apart and took out the auto stuff I did want ...welded on the mounting plate and couldn't be better ...79 steering wheel and all ...

Mine is out of a 74 Nova. It came out nice and everything on the column works. I have seen a column that tilts and telescopes. I think they are out of lincolns but not sure what year or model.

Most all caddy's have the tilt teliscopic column at least back to '79 and probably earlier. Got one in my 79 El Dorado.
Some Buicks and Old's have them too.
