I’m not 100% certain, but I think they were unique to Broncos in a couple of aspect.
However, unless the frame is actually deteriorating, and even if so, a local upholstery shop could probably renew it and make it like new.
If it’s just the foam deteriorating, they can replace that easily, and recover it with your choice of materials.
Seems pretty straightforward, unless there’s some kind of damage to the frame and springs.
I’m guessing even springs are replaceable.

I'm 99% sure they're Bronco specific. The hinge coverings are close to some other models but do not fit.

My bench was in pretty bad shape when I bought it. Couple broken springs and mice has been making it their home for years. I stripped the seat and blasted/painted the frame then took it to a local upholstery shop to repair the springs and recover it how I wanted.

Came out nice IMO

Take it to a local upholstery place. Springs and foam are universal items that any decent upholsterer will have access to.
