Taking the intake off to clean and repaint.

Have all the screws out and it will not budge. Any suggestions on how to get it un-stuck?

Prybar down the carb opening and turn it over.
Just double check all the screws are out.

I'm assuming that your doing this while the engine is mounted? I did the same, cut up my knuckles bad, its hard to get off, but I did the same as suggested. Came loose.

Got it off, just required patience, which I am short on.

Got it cleaned up and repainted, looks good.
