I was wondering if Scott Barnes was racing Bronco Endeavor, BC Broncos had theirs in the race and what the racing number was for the new bronco? I figured surely someone had a thread I just wasn't finding it...

Bronco R done near mile 580. Heading home on a trailer if i'm reading it right

They trailered or drove it on the highway to Ensenada and posed it at the finish line. A few people seem to think it actually finished.

Bummed that they didn't make it.

They spent a long time parked on the course just south of San Felipe at ~RM490. I was not following close enough so when I got half way to their location they headed up the course. By the time I got home and got on the Internet they were parked north of Hwy3 near K87 on Hwy5 (RM 580). I stopped following after that.
Such it is for the first race.

Yep. I think the stop at SF was for a broken tie rod. I'm guessing they had to replace the whole rack - that's the bain of late model Ford front ends in off road racing in my experience (we got real good at changing racks on our Ranger years ago). I know they had the same issue on the Raptor years ago too. Earlier it was transmission issues, I heard, from a big hit to a skidplate.

The post-mortem will be interesting to hear.

Yessir! And they logged their 52nd Baja win this weekend - the winningest off road racing Bronco of all time - by a long shot!

Moss Brother’s 79 Bronco. Winner of Class 3.

EDIT: Todd is quicker (and smarter!) than me! Awesome 79. I have the same drop center hood they run on my 78.
