Is this normal? Borgeson steering box

i'm putting a new steering box in to replace my tired and leaking original. i noticed the holes inside the ports are off centered, one way off to the side. is this normal? i haven't heard back from borgeson yet.

Looks normal. Here’s a shot of a Borgeson box in my stash.

thank you @chuckji for confirming with a pic. i heard from borgeson this morning and the off centered holes are by design.
