James Duff website offline?

Looks to me like the James Duff website is offline? Is it just my location or do you guys see it too?

My guess, based on the page holder, looks like they are dealing with a Shopify issue....
Been there, done that.... Hit the update button and spend the next week trying to get your site functioning again (the customizations made to your template don't transfer to updates or different templates).

Well I was just going to shop for some suspension I can't afford so it can wait. Best of luck to them.

Here's what I see now, earlier I was getting everything from raw HTML to an account suspended message. I think @JB Fab nailed it with his diagnosis. Now if they had a printed catalog like wild horses good this year .

I think Duffs has some nice stuff but their website for damages and wrong items shipped sucks. You can’t call anyone, you have to do the online thing. I’m a week into a wrong order and I have crickets. Much better customer service with wild horses and toms. I’ve lost work because they just don’t get back to you.

Wild horses is my go-to for almost everything, but James Duff has some suspension stuff that WH doesn't carry. Normally the website works pretty well, if simplistically, for dreaming about expensive suspension components.

I would agree on the customer service being difficult at Duff. WH and Tom’s my first choice.

The website is down. No it is not a shopify website. It is best to call or text the sales dept right now for orders and all other inquiries.

I will never order from them again due to extremely poor customer service.

Wild Horses 4x4 gets 90+% of my business. Great products and exceptional service. Tom's gets the rest.

I've ordered from them more than a few times and never had an issue. Just now the site says its down for scheduled maintenance
