Yeah they have been doing pretty good lately. Not necessarily the case a year or two ago, but I think someone finally read a thread or two and made some changes. Glad they did you right.

I thought this was another attention grabbing thread title about something completely unrelated. (Just kidding kb6677 :p )

Never had any issues with JBG, I use them for most my orders and it has gone smoothly every time.

My last order arrived this week. As usual, it had problems.

I'm rebuilding my rear 9", ordered parts:

http://broncograveyard.com/bronco/i-12386-wheel-bearing-large-with-seal-66-77.html
Notice it is advertised as having a seal.

http://broncograveyard.com/bronco/i-12386S-large-bearing-seal-66-77.html
Notice the photo shows a rear seal.

http://broncograveyard.com/bronco/i-12360-9-axle-shaft-rh-complete-76-77-big-bearing-28-spline.html
Notice the axle is described as being complete, with an axle seal.

You would think from ordering these parts, and the descriptions, they would arrive with at least 2 outer axle seals to fit the big bearing axle and bearing I ordered.
At least thats what I expected.
Instead I got 1 big seal and two small seals.
This was after I put off the order for an extra day so I could call them and ask about the description of the axle that describes it as using the 3.25" bearing when the true bearing diameter is 3.150".
No big deal, its the normal parts merry go round, order what you think you need, work with what you get, throw away the wrong parts you got send by mistake, and finish the project with whatever you can find locally to finish up.
I'll use them again, along with the other vendors, but always expect disappointment when I open the box.

I've been a LONG time customer of JBG and had some issues the last two years--almost every time they send the wrong part, or part of my order is missing. It was always fixed, but this summer I had a different issue and my next order will be coming from CA or TX. Their quality control needs improvement. I don't hate them, but it's time to move on.

I ordered a socket to rebuild my front axles in October of 2009, knowing I was going vacation in January 2010...I called and called each time they said the part was on back order.

I finally called a week before my vacation and they said they had sent the socket VIA postal service? I finally got it in the middle of February(PISS POOR SERVICE) Needless to say the socket is a great paper weight.
