Strokes are a terrible thing and I wouldn't wish them on most anybody, but how he got in office is just beyond me...

I do not blame him, how can any of us. Politics aside, yea, I know the FAA took my father in law's pilots license away when he had stroke #1 as you can't have planes falling out of the sky onto homes... However, his drivers license was not effected in any way. Even after stroke #2 when the FAA permanently removed his pilots license (there was still medical clearence to reclaim the license after stroke #1) he still had his drivers license.
