I just cut the floorboards in the bronco and Im getting the whole inside sandblasted and primed, and then off to the rhinoliner/line-x shop...

My questions are...

What should I use to coat the under side of the floorboards and the rest of the underside for rust protection purposes?...(The body and frame are still all together)

I cant really spray anything on the underside because everything is still attahced but I could use a brush and get those areas...

POR-15? Epoxy primer?, what should I be using???

I, and I'm sure most other people, will suggest POR15. It'll stop the rust from coming back. You could also undercoat it with sound deadening stuff or thermal protecting undercoating. Lizardskin is apparently pretty good for both but pretty pricey. There are some other options too. But if you're just wanting rust protection POR15 should do it.
