If you ever decide it's not worth saving............. I have a better starting point just north of you. Then I could start a thread:
I just saved a guy trying to save a '73. :D

Wish I had the skills to fix a bronco in that condition. I love watching these types of builds.

Geez, thank God my Barn find was in Arizona. Mines basically a refresh compared to that. But I'm glad you saved it! I'll be rooting for you!

Well i got some friends, the kids, and the wife outside in 9 degree weather and got the body out the door and on the trailer. That firewall area is a monster.

Now on to the frame. There is a brace about a foot in front of the fuel tank that has a shock mounted to it. Is this normal? I'm not keeping it either way. Just curious.

Thanks guys. Got the front axle off and all wires, lines and hoses. I think that's a wrap today. Fighting a cold and got all this done by lunch. Will finish up tomorrow and get the tank off. Next weekend will get it blasted up at my brother on laws work and take springs off. After that progress will prob come to a stop as you all know this is the easy free part;)

Oh and the d44 was missing lock outs and the driver side axle shaft. Was planning full width any way. So not huge deal

Forgot about those. Are these supposed to be straight or bent?. Both are bent and not the same angle

We will get a much better look at it next Sunday. Doesn't look bad at all. Start spraying the bolts with PB Blaster. Give each one a shot a couple times a day. We going to patch the holes Sunday or just clean it up?
