I have a early Mallotte (terra comp) body from way back in 1990on my Bronco. The fit was far from great, it needed a fair bit of work to get it to fit well (not perfect). My truck is a daily driver and gets wheeled also. Fiberglass is great for durability in a wet environment. It also holds up well when used hard offroad, it doesn't just bust up like most think it will.
I have built customers Broncos with the newer Terra Comp and Kentrol bodies and both needed about the same work to make fit well. I have not used a BD yet to build a Bronco.
I have also used many other fiberglass and carbon parts for race cars and street cars of all types. Generally these type of parts don't fit that well, although I have come across the occasional part that fit great.
If your after show quality finish in my opinion steel is the way to go.
