I have a Koenig winch and PTO for a Dana 20. It is a bit rough but everything turns over and feels like it should. The key pieces are the winch and PTO for the Dana 20. Both will need to be cleaned up and given a little love but should work fine. There are pieces of what was a shifter, going to say not all of it is there, but what is missing will just be simple fab work. If you can build the bumper to hold the winch, you have the skills to make the rest of it work. The U-joints and carrier bearings are really crusty, I would not use them for anything more than mock up use. This will be a local AZ pickup only, not going to ship it. Has cable and a fairlead as well. It is a project,. Bonus on the PTO, it is double output. It can drive front or rear, most only drive the front. So if you wanted a rear mounted PTO winch for your tow truck project, this is the one. Now to make this a deal for someone, $200 will let you have all this. (first picture is the winch upside down, just because that is how it wants to sit on the ground)
