I had placed an order to them last week totaling $1500. and then yesterday I got an email showing a $20. rebate back on orders placed this week.
I called them and sure enough Jeremy offered it to me on my next order. The reason I wanted to post this is they didn't have to do this , but they go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. On April 27th I did the same thing with Jeff'e Bronco Graveyard, before I even received my order they offered 10% off on internet orders. I called them to get a complete different story from their salesman...Nope, you ordered two days two soon!
I have learned two things here.
1) always wait till they announce their sales
2) "Don't order any more from Jeff's
P.S. I hate to call out bad on a Vendor, I would bet Jeff doesn't know how his customer service is handled by employees.
