I don't think you can remove them without breaking them, so there probably aren't any used ones.

Yep, I have broken everyone I pulled. The electrical style (metal with platic coating) are available from wiring suppliers. For fuel line, I got stainless steel clips wit stainless bolts that look great.

I found some fuel line clips, stainless instead of plastic, but have not figured out a mounting system yet. The supplied screws are too small for the frame holes, so don't buy those. The original plastic clips just pressed in.

I though I'd found some elect. clips, but Eric from Painless ordered them and evidently they did not work out. I have not see those clips yet.

I just harvested a pile of them from a 74 f-250, all the trucks of those years use these clips, and are easy to find in the salvage yards (at least around me they are) truck frames are not boxed so you can get to both sides of the clip. tap the plastic center pin out from the back side with a small punch, when it is about half way out, the clip will easily come out with center pin still partially in it. One truck will supply more than enough clips for a bronco.

My frame is almost ready for paint, but i have not removed the original clips yet. I think they will come out if you knock the pin all the way out from the outside, but then getting the pin out of the inside of the frame will be difficult. possibly could make new pins from some kind of round plastic rod. I was also thinking about trying a bent punch to push the pins out from the back side, that may not be easy either.

I don't know about the clips for the wire loom but I think Ford still uses the ones you need for the fuel and brake lines. You may try a dealer parts shop. I know they were still using them on Explorers and Sport Tracs at the plant I left in '03.
