How much?

How much for a hard top? or roof section only?

Looking for the following for a '76:
1) nice cancer free stock windshield frame - no holes drilled for snaps for soft top..etc.
2) main gas tank filler neck
3) jack hold down strap (working hinge and no cancer)
4) need the two hold down straps used to secure the lug wrench and jack handle to the inner front fender. At least I think there are two...mine were missing so I'm not sure.
