Lots of brake pedal travel

Brake pedal has lots of travel then rear brakes lockup I don't see any leaks but every time I bleed the brakes there is air Any help will be appreciated.

Does the brake fluid level go down? Id look at the front brakes most likely the issue is there and only the rears are working. You could have a bad MC as well brake fluid could be running down the firewall or a piston seal is just bad and your not getting pressure to the fronts.

if you have front drums and they are way out of adjustment, that could be the cause.
you can manually adjust the shoes from the bottom of the backing plate -- its an oval hole with a rubber pug in it.

jack the wheel up so you can spin it a bit while you tighten the brake shoes. as soon as I hear a scrape that's usually the right adjustment.

if that fixes it you should really open up the brakes and see why they are not self adjusting.
