So I guess when you drop the floor like that, you'd feel like you're driving a sports car, right? Except really high off the ground?

I did it on mine years ago. Here is the link. My build is long and you'll have to find it in there but I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Mine is pretty basic compared to a couple of those.

Body mounts were moved on mine mainly so I could try to quite the stroker down. I have dual 20" long case UltraFlow. HUGE difference compared a shorter bodied muffler (or a single one).

One more thought for you all. A typical tcase aftermarket shifter sitting flat on the tunnel and the rest hanging below the body (typical installation) will actually touch the top of a 4r and 6r. Lower the tunnel and you will have to raise the shifter to prevent interference. Just a heads up. Easy to raise the shifters but just so ya know.

If I could only do this someday. Looking through the top of the windshield is annoying as hell.

I've got random aftermarket seats more or less sitting directly on the floor and I'm still too high up.
