If you don't get any direct answers, set the old trans bellhousing-down on a table or crate (something flat/level with a hole for the input shaft) and use a carpenter's square to take some measurements from the mounting holes to the top of the trans, then compare them to the new trans. That should at least give you an idea of where it'll come through & how big the hole has to be. But a lot will depend on how you position the crossmember.
