Mass buy on 25 gallon tanks

I would think seeing bones brought up this fine idea that if he wants to be the man, (GB) hes the man.I would also think that it would also be the responsability of the "GB" to field questions reguarding price,options,shipping, and cut off time as not to burden the vender with the details. IMO

Agreed. Bones if you're up for it you should be the GB. If not then Fechin. Or I can do it if neither of those want to. Doesn't matter to me.<br><br>I just got off the phone with Chuck and there are a few questions that everyone has to answer who wants to order:<br>

• What is your measurement between frame rails at the tank? Looks like some EB's vary.
• Do you want one with or without a skid plate?
• Do you need a filler hose?

<br><br>I'll restate what a few people have already said because it's extremely important. Once the prices are posted you need to decide 100% whether you're in or not. If you aren't sure then don't include yourself in the list. <br><br>The biggest killer of mass buys is that 50 people say they're interested and only 8 actually put up the cash when it's time to buy. This not only wastes the GB's time, but the vendors time/money as well and just pisses off everyone when the mass buy doesn't go through. Then people get mad at the vendor and it really ruins any future mass buys.<br><br>Once a price and order cutoff date are determined I'll start a new thread and keep it at the top until the deadline so we can get as many people involved as possible.<br><br>Bones email me directly if you need anything on this.<br><br>

If we are trying to figure out to get it with or without the skid plate how about starting a poll? That is unless Chuck only wanted to sell them with the skid. Either way I'm in!

Key word "reworked" Chuck did mention he changed the size of the tank. Right? If he had other mods done to the tank and the price has gone up. Wouldn't that be important if people were commiting to the $310.00 price. And I only mentioned the plate because I noticed the price had gone up which made me wonder if the tank also had gone up...<br><br>Fechin<br><br>

I have already told the original person I am in on the mass buy. I don't really care if it has the skid plate or not but if that is the way the mass buy goes then I will go with the mass buy.<br><br>My question is is this an EFI tank? I don't have EFI now but plan on it shortly ( I have most the stuff) if it is an EFI tank then can I still use it until I do the upgrade?<br><br>Can I just plug the EFI tubes?<br><br>Thanks,<br>Galen<br>

I understand the skid plate issue. If the free skid plate is the bargain, and you didn't want one anyway, then it's not much of a deal.
