I know that the more you rotate an axle, the less oil your pinion bearings receive, right?

Well, assuming that if the pinion centerline - if totally horizontal - is zero degrees... what's the maximum you can rotate the axle and still receive healthy oil supply to the pinion bearings?

I was concerned about this also but as the diff spins, oil will be all over in there.

How much should I move the spring perches for a 5.5" lift with national 11 leaf packs? Roughly
