Is it really "Ford NOS"? Doesn't look like it to me. Looks like an aftermarket designed for Ford trucks. Be a nice find if you already had holes drilled for one.

I do like this though: "SO BITCHIN.THIS IS SO NICE AND RARE YOU WILL WEEP."

I'm sure it wasn't original to the bus... Dad's a scavenger (comes from growing out out in the boonies). But those were pretty universal. I would bet that Ford repackaged and sold it out of dealerships for service vehicles, ambulances, and stuff like that. The paperwork is probably more rare than the light is.

Still, you gotta give the guy credit for trying. You never know, some fool might buy it. If you could sell some "rare" bronco part for 4x its actual worth to a complete stranger, would you?

Anybody want a super-rare original NOS bitchin crazy-cool EB shackle set? I'll sell for a measly 2 grand. It seems high, but I've paid more for a single shackle! These are like gold!

My hard top has a hole drilling in it for some reason... doesn't leak into the cab when it rains either...

Last page says 69-73 trucks except Econoline. I'd bet aftermarket.

At $699 its still cheaper than the potato chip that looked like Jesus.

It is an NOS piece, or at least it looks like the one I have. The instructions for the spotlight that I have does state that it is made for an Early Bronco. It's a neat item but in my opinion that asking price is way too high.

My dad had a '70 F250 4x4 that was origionaly bought by the local power company. It had one on each side of the cab above the dash, like a lot of cop cars had at the time. He never paid them any mind, so I got them working, then we used them all the time. Pretty handy to have around the yard, just point and shoot. I'll bet I can find them a lot cheaper, though!
