Mounting Electric wipers on a 1966, HELP!

If you really want to go to the far end... I have a buddy that sourced more of the wiper linkage material from a similar year pickup truck... (Sorry I don't have more than that) When you find what length of material that you need, you can almost make it look stock. :cool:

Thank you very much everyone! I'm going to tackle this project next week and document it if I can.
Will go with the lengthening idea, not the drilling new holes. ;D

Do you know anyone who's made a cover for the lengthed assembly? I've got two covers and have been thinking of making a longer cover, but would love to see if it's been done prior.

We did this on a friends by lengthening the linkage but we also lengthened the crank arm on the motor slightly to increase the sweep. It works really well if you do both mods. I wish mine was done this way....
