My Engine is put together and almost ready to be installed. Figured I get everything working on the (home made) test stand before pulling a perfectly good running (but leaking) engine. Based on this article (https://www.hotrod.com/articles/25-ford-302-5-0-efi-engine-swap-errors/) - point 12, looks like the NDS should be hooked up. Anyone do this? Does pin 30 need a GND or 12v when in gear (I’ll be running a C4 trans). Thanks, Sonny

Tyranny does not matter, computer type matters.
Ground it all the time and it should be good either computer.
12v on the wrong computer makes smoke

Thanks ransil - from what I understand when this pin gets a signal it increase the idle (by like 100ish RPM’s). So, when in gear and stoped it bumps the idle and when in neutral the idle is reduced. I can test it, just can’t find if it’s ground or positive - I’m guessing ground.

Was curious if anyone has played with this?
