Hey, I think I got the last Napa power steering pump, at least it felt like I won the lottery (a small one though). They had to ship it from San Diego.

Anyhoot, I plan on using this for my hydroboost, and I need to weld a 2nd return line in. I took the two bolts out, but that can is on pretty tight, I've been pretty gentle with it though, I don't know what is inside that I can screw up. Any suggestions?
Also, does anyone have photos of 2nd return line that they've welded on?
inside and out?
I know at least a few of you have done this.

yep I have a few suggestions seeing as I have seen one or two of these done.

This is a low pressure return line, dont put anything large and ugly on it. A 1/4 to 5/16 nipple fitting soldered on is plenty.

If it is possible ensure the return line puts the fluild into the back of the pump itself. On a saginaw the pump is a large cylinder inside the caninster and we set the return to put it back into the can in the center of this pump housing.

ALWAYS return to the fluid part of the pump. Ensure that the return is submerged at all time. You do not need air in the fluid and the resulting foaming.

Other than these you should have no problem GO FOR IT!
