need help- how to attach Chrome Molding

I am having issues with finding any threads or videos on how to attach the chrome molding. I removed mine and painted it flat black with a grey pin stripe and ordered the moulding clip kit from Tom's Bronco parts but it didn't come with directions and doesn't seem to be very self explanatory. Id like to do it right the first time so if anyone has any pictures or detailed explanations on how to attach the molding it be well appreciated.
