Yeah, the BCB hydraulic clutch is for a ZF tranny with integrated bellhousing.
I have an NV4500 installed. To get a hydraulic clutch, on a NV4500 or NV3550 install, you use a stock application-type clutch (LUK, Centerforce, etc) for the stock application. Use the correct throwout bearing and install the clutch as normal (except for the clutch fork). The Clutch-fork needs to be drilled to 5/16" in the dimple--where the normal pin rides. Then follow the tech article for the hydaulic clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder as noted in the tech articles here and in a couple of other threads. I made a bracket that mounts the slave to the frame. So far everything works very, very well.
Another option is to get a late model truck bellhousing.

I followed the tech article-for the most part but made a more robust mount. Here is a pic or two, I have some more on my home PC, let me know if you need additional help.
Hopefully, BCB will let you return the ZF parts for in-store cred....probably will, they are good folks.
