Ok so my first attempt mounting this went poorly I used ratchet straps and a jack thinking I could jack it up level it with straps and drive it home..... Wel the straps inhibited forward movement and when I finally had it ready to drive it home straps loose just awkwardly on the jack I noticed thr throw out bear had fallen off..". Any tips or help its just a three spd and dana already united.. What am I missing beside help from another person.. Ps I am able to bench it toss it around but for only short shrt periods....

I've installed as a complete unit many times. its definetly a balancing act. It might help if you can jack up the front of the engine so it tilts down in the rear.
