Need help on a few issues

I need help diagnosing and addressing some issues I am having with my old Bronco. I started working on It as a rolling chassis in 2017 and have her running pretty good now. just a few lingering issues I want to get fixed.

I installed the TBP disk brake kit (disk front/drum rear) Wilwood adjustable proportioning valve, all new e-brake hardware, and the WH power brake kit. I also installed a new centech harness, Classic Air A/C, and power streering.... along with a bunch of other stuff under the hood that proves my ignorance and inexperience as a mechanic. All of this to say, there could be multiple causes for the issues I’m having. This was/is my first real project.

1 - Brakes: it stops when I press the brake pedal, but I think it is all front brakes. Also, pressing my e-brake cable does nothing. It seems it about 60lbs of force to compress the e-brake cable with that new spring underneath but still is not to engaging.

2) I installed the TBP wood and SS steering wheel with center horn button. If I tough the center button and the bezel around the button at the same time, the horn goes off without compressing the button.

2.B) this one may have something to do with the above, but my gauge cluster lights (new from Classy Gauges) stopped working the same time i replaced my passenger side rear running light bulb.

2.C) my brake warning light on the dash has never worked

2.D) my turn signals flash at an accelerated pace, which I know usually suggests a short.

3) I installed a new 3.5 suspension from TBP (at least that’s what the PO said), it was in a big cardboard box. Problem is, it is stiff as hell. It hasn’t broken in at all and I really want to have a more comfortable ride. It is incredibly stiff right now; what is the most economical way to start addressing this?

1) Your rear brakes maybe out of adjustment if so might resolve both issues or proportioning valve and e-brake out of adjustment
2) Your completeing the circuit by touching check the assembly instructions on the steering wheel not familiar with that wheel so not much help.
2.B) Centech puts a inline fuse for gauge lights, sits in the same area as flasher mine is black rubber (looks like a female electrical connector) check fuse.
2.C) Brake warning light should only come on when cranking if it is not may relate to question one. Check Centech Paperwork explains it well.
2.D) The Centech harness i installed did same thing lived with it for a year change the flasher problem solved (took me a year to spend the $4.99) or you have a burnt bulb.
3) probably check with TBP for opinion's

1) one thing that gets overlooked on brakes is the push rod length on your master cylinder. too short gives you that squishy brake feel

I found in a disc/ drum setup, it works well to set the rears with little play. You should feel drag when spinning the tire by hand and if you attempt tospin the tire it should stop before it reaches a quarter revolution.
