Need help with wiper wiring

I am trying to hook up the wipers to the switch and am confused as to which terminals the wire go to. The switch has 7 posts on the back. Looking at the back of it there are 3 posts (each with a single "rivet") on the left labeled 5-1-2 from top to bottom. On the right side is 4-3 ,single post ( also single "rivet") from top to bottom located on the lower right side. At top right is a post labeled B with 3 "rivets" connected to the post. At bottom center is a single post, single rivet labeled W. My wires are black, white, blue and red.

Anyone know which post each one connects to?
